Born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. She attended Westbrook Christian School before attending the University of Alabama in 2007.  She studied French in beautiful Tours, France, Business and Economics in historic Strasbourg, France, and ranked in the top 5% of her Business program at Alabama. Haley graduated cum laude from Alabama in 2011 with a degree in International Business Management and French.

From there, Haley attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. At Cumberland, she was active in community service and worked with several organizations to provide legal services to those in need. She received the Spirit of Service Award for which she was honored by the Alabama Bar Commissioners in Montgomery. She achieved her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2014 and returned home to practice in Northeast Alabama. 

In 2016, Haley joined the team at Knowles & Sullivan, LLC, where she shares the common goal of delivering excellent legal services to clients in a manner that is personal, prompt, efficient, and results-oriented. Haley is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the Etowah County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before all Alabama state courts as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern District of Alabama.

Outside of work, Haley continues to be active in serving and promoting her community. She serves on the board for the Family Success Center and is a committee chair for the United Way of Etowah County, which raises funds for 27 nonprofit agencies benefitting Etowah County and local communities. She is also the Vice President of the University of Alabama's Etowah County alumni chapter. She and her husband, Will, are active supporters of the arts in Etowah and Cherokee Counties, with Haley serving as president and treasurer of the Gadsden Symphony Orchestra's board of directors and Will presently serving on the board for Theatre of Centre.
